1. What You're Getting

When you purchase credits from MarketingTasksAI, you receive:

• Access License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI task automation service
• Task Credits: Prepaid credits that let you execute tasks through our platform
• Expert Frameworks: Access to professionally designed task methodologies built specifically for marketing professionals, digital marketers, and marketing managers
• Integration Tools: Software to connect our service with your AI assistant (OpenClaw, Claude Desktop, etc.)

2. What You're NOT Getting

To be crystal clear:

• You do not own the task prompts, methodologies, or system architecture
• You cannot resell, redistribute, or share our task frameworks
• You cannot reverse-engineer our service to create competing products
• Your license is for your use only — not for resale or third-party service provision

3. How Tasks Work

Server-Side Tasks — Research, lookups, calculations, and data retrieval run on our servers. You send a query; we return results. The task logic never leaves our infrastructure.

Local Execution Tasks — Document analysis and review tasks run locally on your machine to protect your data. You receive the expert framework, and your AI assistant applies it to files that never leave your computer.

Important: Local execution tasks deliver the framework to you. While we trust you to use it ethically, copying or distributing these frameworks violates this agreement and will result in license termination.

4. Credits & Pricing

• One credit = one task execution
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable after purchase
• Server-side tasks charge when you execute them
• Local tasks charge when you download the framework
• You can check your balance anytime through the service

5. Your Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously:

• Documents stay private: Local execution tasks process documents entirely on your machine
• Query data: Server-side tasks receive your queries to execute the task. We don't store query content beyond what's necessary for processing
• Usage logs: We track credit usage, task types, and timestamps for billing and service improvement
• No sale: We will never sell your data to third parties

6. Your Responsibilities

MarketingTasksAI is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Verifying outputs before acting on them in your work
• Complying with any applicable professional standards in your field
• Protecting any sensitive documents you process with the service

AI makes mistakes. Always review, verify, and apply your own professional judgment to any output.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Share your license key with others
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer our task prompts or systems
• Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate others' rights
• Abuse the service with excessive automated requests
• Resell access to MarketingTasksAI as part of another service
• Use the service to create a competing product or to train competing AI models

8. License Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if you:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Share your credentials
• Use the service for prohibited purposes

Upon termination, you lose access to the service. Remaining credits are forfeited with no refund.

9. Updates & Changes

• We continuously improve our tasks — you get updates automatically
• We may modify pricing for future credit purchases (existing credits unaffected)
• We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new terms
• We'll notify you of major changes via email if you're subscribed to updates

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

Service provided "as is":

• We don't guarantee 100% uptime (though we try)
• AI output may contain errors — always review
• We're not liable for decisions you make based on AI output

Limitation of liability: Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for credits. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect losses of any kind.

11. Intellectual Property

MarketingTasksAI and Laudo Lux, LLC own all rights to:

• Task prompts and methodologies
• Software and integration tools
• Branding and visual design
• System architecture and databases

You retain ownership of:

• Documents you upload or process
• Work product you create using our tools
• Your files and data

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
